Parts Availability
Approximately 89% of all parts ordered are on our shelves and 98% are available overnight. Our computerized ordering system along with the internet based Part Store system provides fast access to over $20 million of parts inventory that we carry at our 13 parts departments across Ohio and Northern Kentucky. All orderes received by 6:00 PM at any Ohio CAT location are processed the same day.
Interbranch Shuttle
Offering the ultimate in parts availability. Ohio CAT's interbranch shuttle travels over 700 miles each day delivering parts from all thirteen Ohio CAT facilities and Catepillar's Indianapolis Parts Depot. This means that our customers, as well as our shops, have backordered parts on-hand when the next workday begins.
Parts Drop Locations
