Ohio CAT rebuilt engines are available as a cost effective option for your repairs. Ohio CAT rebuilt components provide performance and reliability, all priced at a lower than new cost. With many components already rebuilt and in our inventory, we provide you with more options at repair or overhaul time.
Our rebuild standards are among the highest in the industry, and include: Replacing and/or reconditioning fuel injectors, fuel injection pump, governor, accessory drive bearings and seals, fuel priming pump, oil filter and base gaskets and seals, oil pump, cylinder liners, pistons, connecting rods, turbocharger, cylinder heads, water pump, rod, main and thrust bearings, front and rear gear bearing replacement, camshaft bearings, wire harness and sensors as required, filters and fluids to test engine, gaskets and seals as required, crankcase breather, engine oil cooler, torque/transmission cooler, paint and a complete dynamometer test with performance results provided.

Warranty: 6 months from date of sale to first user, see detailed warranty statement for terms and conditions of warranty coverage.
Acceptable cores must be returned within 30 days, with no added expense if:
• Your cylinder block is not visibly cracked, broken or welded.
• Is a non-failed, running engine core (Engine can rotate freely in both directions)
• Has No non-operational damage (mishandling, excessive rust, corrosion or fire damage).
• Is fully assembled and complete and returned on an engine stand.
• Is an acceptable Caterpillar engine part number. |
