Parts Return Policy


Ohio CAT stocked returnable parts returned in “like new” condition with proof of purchase (packing list or invoice) per the following guidelines:

  • Stocked Parts returned with (5) days will receive full credit.
  • Stocked Parts returned within 6 to 10 days will be charged a 5% handling and restocking fee.
  • Stocked Parts returned within 11 to 30 days will be charged a 10% handling and restocking fee.
  • Stocked Parts returned within 31 to 60 days will be charged a 25% handling and restocking fee.

Parts Non-stocked (NS) by Ohio CAT are returnable within 15 days if in a “like new” condition with proof of purchase (packing list or invoice). Non-stock parts returns will be charged a 25% handling and restocking fee.

All cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive store credit, if any is due based on meeting core acceptance criteria.

Used parts are sold “as is” with no warranty, classed as non-returnable and will not be eligible for credit after one (1) day.

There will be no handling or restocking fee for parts returned due to an Ohio CAT error.

The following parts will be non-returnable:

A. Parts marked NR on packing list.
B. Parts removed from engines or machines (previously installed).
C. Rusty, damaged or incomplete parts.
D. Parts removed from sealed packages.
E. Parts showing evidence of protective caps or sealed coverings being removed.
F. Replaced or discontinued parts.
G. N.S. parts less than $5.00 per item.
H. Parts without proof of purchase (packing list or invoice) will be non-returnable.

**Ohio CAT Parts Return Policy will apply to all Internet Parts Orders.
